Hi there! I'm Yoli, the proud owner of The Aesthetix Lounge. Originally from New Jersey and a USMC Veteran, I've been a Licensed Esthetician since June 2022 but have been operating since November 2021. After starting up and building The Aesthetix Lounge in McAllen, Texas, we moved to San Clemente, California in April 2024 (#militarylife). As an independently owned business, I offer services for everyone and I'm thrilled to welcome you! Cancellation Policy
At the Aesthetix Lounge, I value both your time and mine. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms:
• A nonrefundable $10 deposit is required immediately at booking. Deposits are transferable one time. While cash is preferred for remaining balances, I also accept Zelle and Venmo.
• There is a Grace period of 10 minutes. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. I will attempt to reschedule you for the same day if possible; otherwise, I will offer another convenient day to fit best our schedules. Clear communication is essential.
• Your scheduled time is exclusively reserved for you, so failure to show up without notice will result in no rescheduling or future service. If you confirm an appointment and still fail to show, it will be canceled and rebooking will not be permitted.
• If you are showing signs of illness please reschedule.
• Appointment confirmations are automatically sent 72 hours before your scheduled appointment day/time via email or text. In this text is all information for your appt including the address. Please make sure your email and phone number on file are up to date to ensure you receive these notifications.
• Guests are always welcome, however, if you have small children please keep in mind you are responsible for monitoring them.
• I reserve the right to refuse a service to anyone and you reserve the right to stop service.
