• No deposit is required. While cash is preferred, the remaining balance can also be paid using Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp or Apple Pay. Please note, I am not accepting card payments for the remaining balance at this time. • There is a Grace period of 10 minutes. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. I will attempt to reschedule you for the same day if possible; otherwise, I will offer another convenient day to fit best our schedules. Clear communication is essential. • Your scheduled time is exclusively reserved for you, so failure to show up without notice will result in no rescheduling or future service. If you confirm an appointment and still fail to show up, it will be canceled, and rebooking will not be permitted. • If you are showing signs of illness please reschedule. • Appointment confirmations are automatically sent 72 hours before your scheduled appointment day/time via email or text. You must confirm your appointment within the link that is given prior to your appointment. Please make sure your email and phone number on file are up to date to ensure you receive these notifications. • Guests are always welcome, however, if you have small children please keep in mind you are responsible for monitoring them. • I reserve the right to refuse a service to anyone and you reserve the right to stop service.
